1.. Order Online or by Phone (877-511-LABS)
• First, you'll receive a Confirmation email.
• Second, our nurse will email you a LabCorp requisition form.
2..Visit Local Lab
• Bring requisition form to LabCorp. Find Location
• LabCorp will not perform testing without requisition form. Order here first.
• No appointment is needed. Some locations accept appointments.
• Receive results in 1-2 days*. *Some specific tests may take slightly longer
• Your results are displayed next to normal ranges, results outside of these ranges are flagged.
